Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. During drops, restocks, or high order volume, processing times may take longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through email or SMS.
Shipping Times Estimated shipping times after your order has been shipped:
- Standard Shipping 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping 1-3 business days
Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items may be released as limited drops or pre-orders. If an item is marked as pre-order, additional production and shipping time may be required.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LUMIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure you shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order.
LUMIN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
