All sales are final. Due to limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless and item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue 

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Orders Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Shipping Issues

LUMIN is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
