When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly at Track My Order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. International shipping is $20.00 USD.
Are drops restocked?
Our drops are limited and we rarely restock. Follow us on social media to stay updated on new releases and restocks.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumincollective542@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We'll make it right.
